IR stand for "Inactive Ranger." At least this time I might have an excuse. I've been pretty busy with haying stuff(Namely bunching bales). So, I don't have time for a long post so I'll just show the highlights of my scroll. A while ago(can't pinpoint the date) I was on #dragonlotto(A Lottery chat room for dragoncave) and there was a bronze tinsel lotto to whoever didn't have a tinsel. I entered and won!!! I was REALLY happy(no kidding right?)!! The bronze tinsel egg has now grown into a bronze hatchling. And has a bonus feature it has an uber cool lineage(Which I plan on continuing). Oh, and also something really neat happened. My CB Nebula hatchling matured female(it was influenced) and it's not an alt! You can view it here. I thought the old Nebs had been replaced but I guess not! I really need a male regular Nebula because I don't have one though. Yesterday I caught another CB Nebula egg.

Dino for reds

I was skipping around the biomes looking for anything interesting today and grabbed a yellow dino egg. I got it and it locked my scroll. I didn't really want it so I put it in Dctrades. Then someone said he could get some dino eggs for me and raise them until they were hatchlings. I agreed. After that I incubated my red egg so it would hatch. After it hatched I went back to cavehunting. I didn't catch anything but someone did gift me this thunder egg. And now... I'm locked again.

The new release

Hey guys! (If anyone still reads this, haha.) Allison here.
Like Ranger said in the post below, there is a new release! I've been so behind on DC I didn't even notice the release until this morning when I got up and saw strange eggs in the desert. :P I've already gotten two of each of the new dragons, and influenced them to be one of each gender.
Have you gotten the new dragons? Tell us in the comments! I'll hopefully have a post up about the adult dragons in a week once mine are grown.  I think I like the orange best so far, what about you?

Probably not since I haven't posted ANYTHING on this blog lately. I came here for the first time in a long time today and I was like. "Wow, Allison has been working her but off!" I decided is was long overdue that I make a post. So this is it. Signing off... Wait, I sure have said a lot for not saying a thing. Here are the highlights of my scroll. New Eggs came out. I got two three of them two blues and an orange and then traded one of the blues for a stripe egg. I also won a Bingo game on the dragon cave chat room and as the prize I got a CB nebula hatchling(which has grown up). I have a lot of Nebulas if you want to look at my scroll. http://dragcave.net/user/RebRanger. Okay, what else was I going to say. Oh! I got a CB tan ridgewing. Aside from that all I've been doing is splashing a lot with my Goldfish(Shallowaters) hint, hint. I've noticed lately that most people only seem to care about their precious, hard-to-find rares. Not that there is anything wrong with having golds, silvers, trios, whatever. BUT I think that commans are underappreciated. Go to the cave. Tell me in comments what eggs you see. Here are some that I am seeing:
Ballon, Nocturne, Deep Sea, Whiptail, Gray, Neotropical, Pebble, and Guardian.
How often do you go out and say "Wow, I'd really like a Ballon!" My answer: Never.
I feel bad about this. Those are the left over dragons no one wants. SO for now, since I'm having bad luck with rares, I'm socking up on commans. Right now my scroll has:
Two Swallowtails
A Magi
An Electric
A Swirl(Lineage: http://dragcave.net/lineage/c3O9d)

Really, hunting for rares is too frustrating. You can search for HOURS and not find a thing.
So go ahead. Go and capture those poor unloved commans! I triple dare you!
Have fun with this! At least go spice up your commans by giving them cool/clever/funny names.

A DC Tutorial

Also known as an excuse for Allison to practice putting up a Youtube vid. :P

Anyway, I realize that when I first started this blog, I didn't explain very well how for one to go about hatching an raising eggs, so here is a tutorial vid. I didn't make it. Also, its kind of long, I suggest putting on the music of your choice while you watch. ;) Anyway, the vid is kind of old, but it accomplishes its purpose. :) You can probably find the second half of the vid on the persons Youtube channel.
